HCA is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and Hawaii's only non-profit mortgage broker.

MORTGAGE LENDING

Hawai`i Community Lending (HCL) facilitates construction loans and mortgages for purchase, rehabilitation and refinance purposes, both on Hawaiian Home Lands and in the community at large. Since 2002, HCL has originated more than 300 loans totaling more than $55 million.
