Hawaiian Community Assets (HCA) and Hawai`i Community Lending (HCL) sponsor special events throughout the Hawaiian Islands, including FREE workshops, fundraisers, and training sessions. We're dedicated to providing our community with the education and tools necessary to become successful homeowners.

2008 HCA Annual Luncheon: Honoring the Past, Treasuring the Present, Shaping the Future

The 2008 HCA Luncheon will be held on Monday, September 29 at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. The event brings together partners, stakeholders and families around HCA's mission of increasing economic self-sufficiency through homeownership and financial education programs.

Home Buyer Education Courses

Hawaiian Community Assets is dedicated to increasing homeownership opportunities for Hawaii's families through home buyer and basic financial management education programs and through one-on-one counseling in credit repair, debt reduction, saving for down payment and closing costs.

FREE home buyer education courses are offered throughout the Hawaiian Islands. Workshops cover the following topics: Are you ready to buy a home?, Managing Your Money, Understanding Credit, Getting a Mortgage Loan, Shopping for a Home, Keeping Your Home and Managing Your Finances.
